Calling

To play bingo, the caller will need to call out bingo items in a random order, so that the players can mark them off.

Bingo Card Printer provides two features to help with this process:
  • When you print your bingo cards, you can check the Print Call List option, and the program will also print out the bingo items in a random order.

  • You can click Call Game... on the Play menu, and the program will display the items, one at a time in a dialog box:

    Please note:

    • In the Free Trial version, you will get the bingo items in the same order every time that you choose this option.

    • In the Registered version, you will get different bingo items in a different order each time that you choose this option.

    The features in the dialog box are:

    1 This list shows the previously called items, with the most recently called (the current item) at the top of the list.

     
    2 This window shows the current item to call. It is displayed in the same font as chosen for the bingo squares.

     
    3 The Next >> option moves to the next item to call.

     
    4 The Close option closes the dialog box. You should click this only when you have finished calling the current game.
